Had a dream last night I was back at university and like I did, at least to begin with, back then I had to share a room in halls and it was HORRIBLE.

Some residual memories of not properly settling at uni well into the second term of my first year creeping through there...

An announcement that is ill -thought out, underwhelming, helps no-one, is fiscally incomprehensible, probably makes things worse, and could lead to a revolution in the country is set to be made later today

But enough about the Welsh team announcement, who's looking forward to the Budget?

Oh, this guy definitely has some high-powered rare equipment to sell to adventurers.
I tell a lie; it turns out I have seen something similar in 2023. A Royal Mail trial which I don't think ever came to anything in the end, but you'll never see a cooler postman.

Not exactly why this is being advertised at me in the first place but is it wise for a jewelery maker to name a necklace collection after Anne Boleyn given what ultimately happened to her neck?

So wait, are lattes too expensive and the reason so many millennials/Gen Z can't buy their own home or not?

Sudden commission comes in

Me: Yep, no problem, can do!

Days later, after most of my requests for interviews (admittedly at quite short notice because of the fast turnaround needed) aren't responded to.

Me: Oh heck, no no...

I knew my wife was going for a haircut today but I didn't expect it to be such a drastic change.

TLDR: I think I'm married to Ramona Flowers now. (Complimentary)

When you’ve got one on your lap, you’re kind of stuck. Might as well write.

A gym I haven't been to since before March 2020 and I haven't lived in the area of since October 2020 has just sent me an email about Black Friday deals. 💀

(Also, I haven't been a member of any gym since 2020 anyway...)
