It's fucking depressing that I live in an extremely conservative state (our governor is Sarah Huckabee-Sanders FFS) AND YET I feel safer here than I would in Minneapolis today.

what they need to come to peace with is that they're going to revoke federal funding from our states regardless & capitulation won't make a goddamn difference here; just like it hasn't in any other scenario as of yet.
Local & state officials are afraid to cross the line & arrest ICE bc most local & state cops (including prosecutors) have had training by DHS, have funding through DHS. Your governors & mayors are not confident their orders will be followed. This is why you see them doing nothing but talking big.

Back from the relatively long walk with a minor complication:
My right boot's rubber sole decided to start falling off on the way home
But I got enough of what I wanted to be getting on with. A teeny amount more research and I'll be good to get started
