I think this is more a park with a lot of strays or outdoor cats not a park where you bring your own cat to play with other cats.

I think they are strays that live around there. I don’t think you can bring your cat there it’s not like a cat park with cat playground things more like a park with cats that come by. But who knows maybe it is a cat playground???
