It's not cheap, least not in AZ to obtain a BC. I needed a cert copy 2 yrs ago, but because my signature (I have arthritis now) didn't perfectly match I rec notice "no birth certificate is available to you!" I had to get a notary, special forms AND pay again (that one really pstt me off)

It's not cheap, least not in AZ to obtain a BC. I needed a cert copy 2 yrs ago, but because my signature (I have arthritis now) didn't perfectly match I rec notice "no birth certificate is available to you!" I had to get a notary, special forms AND pay again (that one really pstt me off)
