Having dealt with someone with severe BPD can be an unfortunate insight into others behavior. You recognize the signs more, see the same patterns, the same words being used. I'm partially thankful that now I can tell when someone exhibits BPD.

We actually started this months ago. Got stuck a couple times but after returning to it with some days to think, we slowly figured it out.
