June 2021, coming out of lockdown, while staying in Poppit Sands, we took a drive to Llangrannog.
On the way back, we dropped into In the Welsh Wind for 10 minutes.
That “10 minutes” turned into an hour chatting to the owners, with a tour of the distillery.

Watched these swans pair-up last year, and this year produced a clutch of eggs.
7 hatched, 2 didn’t survive, but these 5 cygnets are growing by the day.
It’s wonderful seeing the parents looking after their brood, as each day they venture a little further from their nest.
