Au lendemain du retour à Taiwan de la vice-première ministre, Cheng Li-chiun, et de l’équipe de négociation commerciale, le gouvernement taïwanais a tenu une conférence de presse le 20 janvier à Taipei afin d’expliquer en détail le résultat des négociations tarifaires menées avec les Etats-Unis.

Seeing a surge in "pro-China" sentiment following the increasing open distrust of the US. It's bordering on Sinotopian in the other place.
Sadly, this isn't a pendulum or seesaw dichotomy; China isn't a better option just because the US looks worse.
