Back in from my walk. 55 minutes before the rain stopped me. Sitting down to a second decaf. Took Chocolate Cinnamon and added some cayenne pepper. I love playing with my food!

Oh I think there's a better place for him. There's a professional team in an MLB Partner league in North Dakota. The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks would be the perfect place to send him. Yeah, it's a little cool up there, but he has his mouth to keep him warm.

Would have been a really bad look. 2 years for Mickey Callaway, then 2 for Luis Rojas, then 2 for Buck Showalter, then 2 for Mendy? Who'd want manage a team where your lifespan is two years. No, Mendy gets the third and if it's not working, he'll be gone. If it is, he'll have his option picked up.

Lots of reasons why our last three plus months were awful. We've now seen a coaching purge and I wonder how much of a player purge is coming. There are definitely changes I want to see, but they don't ask my opinion so I'll have to wait and see.

I think it's brown thumb. In truth, we bought seven plants from Lowes and just put them in larger pots and kept them watered.

Power problems are common here during storms, and my particular community has underground wires. But between us and the substation, that's where the fun happens. 💡

NOW we know where that damn first pitch swinging shit came from. Eric Chavez! Good riddance, and thank you Juan Soto for dumping Chavez's approach because it wasn't working for you. Imagine the season Soto would've had without Chavez!! Imagine where the #Mets would be now!

I just came back from my walk. Had to cut it to 30 minutes because the wind chill is already more than I expected. It was also a sad reminder that cold exascerbates angina! Ahhh yes, winter will be here sooner than anyone wants it (other than those who like to ski.)

I actually had to leave pepper plants in their pots but I've but them in a relatively safe spot. I still have new peppers coming. Not sure how long that will last. Need to leave one car out because I'm on call to the clubhouse this weekend and if we lose power, I can't get the car out of the garage!

Good morning #MetsSky One more nice day on the Delmarva until the storm arrives. Will finish taking down the garden (a few peppers left on vines) & take in all the "outside stuff". With the wind predictions, I expect power problems but that's life. Pumpkin Caramel Spice decaf. Have a great day.
