There have since been treats, also pills inside one of the treats but shhh. Ike is difficult and gets a Greenie ROCA (quartered tablet inside a chicken flavor pill capsule inside a catnip flavored Greenie pill pocket rolled in crushed Salmon flavored hard Greenie). It is the turducken of pill cons.

If you're driving through Kern County CA at this time of year it's common to see workers harvesting grapes on the side of the road. It was around 90° in Mettler CA around 1pm on the day this photo was taken. Workers were going full speed despite the heat. #WeFeedYou

How indoor bike instead of outdoor walk went this morning:
