I desperately hope the ceasefire holds and this moment of ramped up genocide ends. But the fight is far from over. I think Trump was motivated to end the bombing bec he wants to transition to development which will require ethnic cleansing. Stay vigilant

Saying Trump deserves the Nobel peace prize is so bizarre and gross. We don’t know if the ceasefire will hold. He allowed this to continue & even escalate for months. He might encourage ethnic cleansing to build hotels. The bar is subterranean for y’all

Some courts are already recognizing that evidence of "shaken baby syndrome" is insignificant to justify a conviction. In 2024 a Michigan court threw out a 2006 conviction of Chazlee Lemons for killing her daughter based on shaken baby syndrome /6

Robertson was convicted in 2002 but in 2009, the American Academy of Pediatrics widened the shaken baby syndrome term to “abusive head trauma" to acknowledged that symptoms can be caused by things other than shaking, including short falls /5

While shaking a child can cause injuries significant enough to kill them, similar injuries can be caused by falls or accidents. So such injuries alone are not necessarily proof of a crime. Some studies have also suggested shaking to cause those injuries would also break a neck /4

Whenever people talk about a murder shocking a small town they say there was no crime there and “people didn’t even lock their doors” but what they mean is there wasn’t much stranger crime bec there’s always domestic violence. Always

Its been 2 yrs. I still grieve those murdered on 10/7 by Hamas & the people held hostage. But even today we must focus on urgently ending this genocide. We cant grieve those murdered on 10/7 w/o also grieving those who have been killed since by Israel. They are connected crimes
