Well we went to @rbgkew.bsky.social instead, which was open, safe and lovely.

On the way there we saw plenty of displaced cyclists battling the traffic as well as disappointed dog walkers and runners.

The Royal Parks are not concerned with safety. They are just fearful of litigation.

The worlds was in fact on BBC 2 (delayed) and iPlayer (live).

I just got Nord VPN and watched everything I usually watch. If you want English commentary then SBS has most races. Sporza seems more appropriate for the classics and TF1 for the Tour.

Cycling really does give you wings! Watching a toddler soar up front whilst a retired tandem duo found their turbo mode was a definite ride highlight. Nice. That's what we did with the first child (car seat in bike). But then when we had another we used the Melia baby seat so we could fit both in, one facing forwards, the other backwards. Ours is a Douze V2.

Better than that, it means drivers don't need to come back to baking-hot cars and promptly put the aircon on full-blast.

I have seen solar go on the roofs of a LOT of big schools over the past few years (at work). It's very encouraging.
