I've finally finished up the first level of Grombul Hates The World, polished a few things, packaged it and uploaded it to itch! I would be very happy if you played it! 🥰❤️

Those are legumes, they don't count!
Who'da thunk that not drinking any caffeine 6 hours before going to sleep actually helps you sleep? Crazy stuff!
Time and time again do I find out that dancing is the best way of getting my cardio in, cause if the drop is good I can't help but dance more energetically and I think the constant change in intensity really makes a difference.
I can relate and I agree! The world is harsh enough as is, and since I am the only constant in my life I want to at the least get along with me. So treats whenever I can, regardless of whether I've been productive or not.
This sounds like a great idea for a study ngl

Sorry I didn't have the energy to reply earlier. What matters most is that you're happy and healthy! I've done more research on it and I think my plateau came about because I haven't slept more than a few hours each night and I got flooded with cortisol. Funny how everything plays into ones health.
Just watched the new Crimes of the Future by Cronenberg and fuck me that was a weird movie.
Thanks I'll try to be. How did you overcome the plateau?
It was incredibly difficult to not just start getting into a deficit but to also stay there long enough to form a habit. I don't wanna have to go through that whole ordeal again so either this has got to work or I'm gonna lower my daily calories once again.
I think I've transitioned from one eating disorder to another. Because I know lots of people recommend resetting ones diet by eating normally for a week or two but just the thought of doing that overwhelms me emotionally.
I've bought into the creatine hype though, gonna start tomorrow, then try to do more cardio and hopefully get through this, because my diet and exercise regime have been the only thing I'm able to stay consistent at and failing anyways is beyond frustrating.
I've been stagnating at losing weight. I'm already only eating about 1500kcal with ca 130g protein a day, which shouldn't be too much at 178cm/110kg, but I'm barely building muscle nor am I losing weight so I think I've hit the world-famous plateau.
Heavy rain and atmospheric dnb all night 🌧

Darn, maybe I should get back on Threads too then xD
I think I'm gonna keep clowning once Halloween is over. The makeup part is super fun and I think I could express myself through it a bit. Plus I always thought clowns were dope. Honk honk.
Yeah I don't think I'll ever go back to reading any of these either. I think just having a time of day where you purposefully sit with your emotions helps working through them a bit. Especially when you have alexithymia and your own feelings are an enigma to you :'D
I started journaling. Decided writing whatever comes to my mind for 30 minutes each day might help me process my traumata better. It usually feels like when I face my traumata my thoughts become hard to grasp, chaotic and volatile, but while writing they're a lot more focused, so I'm hopeful.
I'd like a skip button for when I try to fall asleep

Finally done with all the undo/redo commands. Every action in the game can now be rolled back and reapplied!

And boy, did that surface a ton of technical debt, but it's all under control now... 😅 #gamedev (reported with alt text)
Yup same here. It's like I get too giddy and excited to work or play to sleep lol
