dont get me wrong, i love art and what i do (freelance art + small business)
but it is an insane amount of work, stress, guilt, and more

i got my owed shirts done finally, i feel such a relief, im tired, i need to find a better way of doing things and i need to definitely increase my prices, i wanted to keep them lower but its not sustainable, especially since working on them leaves me in so much pain

I’ve said this before and so have others, but; You don’t need any kind of formal diagnosis to be allowed to use mobility aids. They do cost money, but you don’t need a prescription to be able to buy them. If walking hurts or is difficult in any way, it’s completely fine to try and see if they help

Yes.
Does anyone else feel like stress, financial pressure, and political strife have shortened your life? Not in a "I'm going to die sooner" way, but in a "I can only plan to survive a week at a time and there is no future to look forward to" sort of way. It's like...the PERCEPTION of life is shorter.
