Children of Owl is coming fall 2026, y'all.
In the early years of abundance, we lived across the land of many houses. Then, colonizers slapped a border through our home, parceling it into countries, and they prayed for their treaty to erase us, for the land to open along their imaginary line and swallow the Lipan whole. Obviously, it didn’t. But Momma warns me that it’s risky to remind people that we’re still here, 'cause our existence raises uncomfortable questions about the nature of borders and unfinished business.
