According to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ground_... , Ground News was co-founded on January 15, 2020 by siblings Sukh Singh and Harleen Kaur, the latter of whom was a former engineer at NASA. Kaur and Singh are CEO and CTO respectively. The company states that it is staffed by 18 "media outsiders".

You know they could do it. But I have been denied, and I am despaired of such a simple thing I think many would enjoy.

Thank you, that walnut's word-salad justification and assumption was incoherent and only supported by his website. I appreciate the context.

Any undocumented residents receiving medical treatment need... medical treatment. It's a humanitarian expense, which was and is still the point.
