I employ this kind of linguistic binary in my Lumi Bot Series about robotic companions. The men use 'it' to refer to the fembots while they are hesitating or reluctant to touch them, but as soon as they give in, they switch to she/her pronouns to make themselves more comfortable with fucking them.
