I have a few superstitions that exist throughout the world, a lot of these beliefs are cultural and aren't universal.
- Don't grow grain next to berries lest they will rot
- Don't thread coins in mixed denominations, it brings bad fortune
- Write no spell on the 13th page of your spellbook

I know for my current Pokémon campaign I've added a few catching superstitions like kissing the ball, tapping it to the forehead or holding it in a finger cage before tossing for luck
