For all the "Hearts of Fire" sickos, @raypadgett.bsky.social is asking the important questions. Another great interview today: www.flaggingdown.com/p/producer-b...

Happy Hearts of Fire day to those who celebrate! I talked to Beau Hill, Music Director of the movie and producer of the soundtrack, about months of chaos working on Bob Dylan's infamous flop

And I got an answer to the question we've all been asking: How much did Bob really know about Ratt?

23 years ago today, Dylan debuted surprise covers of Neil Young's "Old Man" and Don Henley's "The End of the Innocence." They'd both become set regulars for a short time.

Dylan played Desert Trip 9 years ago today.

In lieu of his face on the giant video screens, he performed to footage from old films: '57 Pennebaker short Daybreak Express, '61 Marlon Brando Western One Eyed Jacks, '47 noir Detour, etc.

(Also stock footage of Corn Flakes)

Amazon have removed the guns from their Bond posters, giving the tantalising impression that Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan think you’re a wanker.

[Listening to the Taylor Swift album at 2.5x so I can get this review out before everyone else] I have to say, her pitch is too high on every single song. Disappointing. Incredible breath control singing that fast though
