Great example of bad data journalism. No total numbers of injuries, no comparison with other "dangerous" activities and no relative injury rate. just a very unsurprising stat that e-scooter injuries doubled at a time when usage boomed. Wait til they hear about cars.

One of the problems with terrorist laws is that they get applied in an obviously racist way (ie not against white people). The solution is to get rid of terror laws not to try to apply them in a non-racist way. #Auspol

The problem with the Australian Labor Party is that their strategy has become their ideology. Campaigning for middle Australia to get power to do good things inevitably became middle Australia is a good thing which became Centrism is the path.
