If white people can’t be as resilient as the people we literally fucking colonized, what is even the point? Native people, black and brown communities, sex workers, queer people…every one of these groups have spent lifetimes fighting for something better. We owe it to them not to do any less.
Natives have spent generations in forced subjugation and still stood tall. Now is not the time to willingly bend the knee.

What’s happening in Minnesota does not change Oct and I’s plans to move there. Seeing the community come together during this hell has only made us want to fight with them more.

not everyone's silence is complacent, you can always tell whos ignorant to current issues and who isn't. Reminder to hold empathy and carry people's voices for those who cannot speak.
