They can all be taken in a more abstract sense like time or conceptual proximity. へ is the most strictly location-based iirc. に can mostly be used anywhere you would へ or で*, but で and へ are mostly non-interchangeable.

で is often では*, also.

*(Except marking tools, eg: お箸で食べる eat with chopsticks)

My understanding is that the distinction is not at all time vs location, but is more about scope:
- に : precise
- で : in scope
- へ : direction (from somewhere)

Like
学校に行く : go to school (get there)
学校へ行く : go towards school (maybe get lost)
学校で行く : go somewhere at school (like a classroom 学校で教室に行く)

ここで「の」はちょっと間違わないっけ?「可愛い」など「い」形の方では「の」が必要ではありません。だっけ。(学校何年前覚えたけど、、、)確かによく頑張りそうな狐だ!

The weird branching stuff it invokes is A Thing, but using it to justify 1^z=12 for some z seems... nonstandard. There's a longer discussion there I don't fully remember. Basically, complex exponentiation depends on angle in a way that depends on how you label things.

Definitely could be AI.

For those of us who pay quarterly taxes or any other payment by December 31, this unheralded change in postal policy can bite you in the butt. This could have other unforeseen consequences (e.g., mail-in balloting), but for now, this is more timely.

If ai bros start flooding bsky the best thing to do is not respond to their posts. Just block. I've learned it's pointless to debate them.

The best thing to do is suffocate them by ignoring.

They are lazy and want instant gratification that's why they use ai..don't give the satisfaction.

USPS quietly changed its postmark rules — mail is no longer dated when you drop it off. The “official” date is when it hits automated sorting — sometimes days later

Which could have major implications for mail in voting — it’s a clever way to disenfranchise voters that’s going largely overlooked

Hey #furry #artists, it’s time to leave. Like now is the time to break off hard.

This is surprisingly real. Usually it’s hard to tell if it’s hyperbole, but this is not. And if Twitter fucks up? Max $100 payout to you.

Only way out is to deactivate the account.

I use librewolf, someone else mentioned waterfox. These are both debloated forks of firefox.

Librewolf is community maintained and has more privacy oriented default settings; waterfox is still open source but is under more closed maintenence, and has slightly friendlier but less private defaults.

I really want to emphasize that this is a winnable fight, but everyone has to chip in in order to do so! Please dont sit it out expecting others to stand in your place!

And dont ignore local/state level stuff! As these state laws get overturned, the narrative behind the Fed ones lose steam!

Netchoice won their legal battle against Age verification in louisiana! This follows similar rulings in AK and OH!

This is huge!

These laws can be stopped, they can be overturned. Do not give in to dooming! Keep calling your reps and support orgs that fight these laws in court!

This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

every author in the class action, please file the claim.
AI advocates have warned that if every author in the class action filed a claim, it would "financially ruin" the entire industry.
Authors celebrate “historic” settlement coming soon in Anthropic class action

A bill package will be introduced once the govt reopens that is a collection of multiple bad "child safety" bills, COPPA 2.0, the Sammy Act, and the App Store Accountability Act [age verification]

went through to verify the accounts on this list and yeah this is pretty legit and helpful.
Hey, as a heads up for NSFW peeps in the US, US President administration just made a shitton of BlueSky accounts. I would highhhhly recommend subbing to this blocklist so they don't show up on any algorithm feeds (and so they can't see your shit)

Remember:

- they DO NOT CARE about your arguments/rebuttals

- they DO NOT CARE about your dunks

- the person running the accounts was specifically hired to drive engagement BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY; it’s the algorithm they’re catering to

This is a game, and to them you are data to be manipulated.

BY THE WAY

If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.
