Federal workers are only getting a partial paycheck today, their last one until the Republican shutdown ends. The nearly 80,000 federal workers in WA have bills to pay & mouths to feed. They are left in uncertainty & don’t know what the future holds.

Federal workers are entitled to back pay after a government shutdown is over. It’s the law. Period.

Trump & Republicans need to stop coming up with new ways of punishing Americans & get serious about ending the shutdown.

This is all because they don’t want to swear in Rep.-elect Grijalva, who would be the final signature necessary to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files.
