We are in a cost of living crisis, and President Trump and Republicans are making life more – not less – expensive. Since Donald Trump took office, the average family in Texas has paid $339 in higher prices that are fueled by his policies.

I joined @mcbride.house.gov and @repmarktakano.bsky.social in a letter to Speaker Johnson condemning the rise in anti-transgender rhetoric and urging him to uphold the rules of decorum as Members engage in debate. There is no place for the use of slurs or harmful rhetoric in the People's House.
