I think it’s important to point out: ICE does NOT have the same authority as a police officer. They do NOT have the power to enforce laws, only to engage in their specific tasks.
IE: they don’t do traffic, etc. impeding traffic is not a penalty ICE can enforce against

Even though most voters don’t pay enough attention to facts, these data points are crucial to understand the actual motivations behind deportations: White supremacy. This is not about crime. So, it must be about something else and the rhetoric of the GOP leads to only one conclusion.

I would not have said this even a few weeks ago, but I now believe that AOC should run against Schumer for that Senate seat. I just heard her comment on how the Democrats supporting the CR have betrayed not only the Party but the American people as a whole. She has a real shot.
