Do you know what’s not dignified? Being evicted. Dying in the street from starvation. Every one deserves food, shelter, clothes, healthcare, and other survival necessities. No strings attached, no requirements, no hoops to jump through to get them.

The home my grandparents bought in the 50s, burnt "down to the studs". They said the fire was so hot the smoke was catching flame. We lost several pets we were unable to rescue before the fire dept got there, and nearly everything my family has ever owned.
