Just decided to flick onto gb news, haven't watched it for maybe 2 years.

They seem to have evolved into an even worse kind of vile.

Smelly talking headed men who are misogynistic, homophobic, and basically, vile. Sky and BBC are actually far superior as is ITV and Peston just.

Look in your own backyard Musk!

"Not confined to one country.:

US:

Catholic Church: 10,000+ victims

Boy Scouts: 82,000+ allegations

USA Gymnastics: Larry Nassar's abuse of 300+ athletes

These cases mirror UK grooming gangs, showing systemic global failures.

Yes, it's comical, but it's also disturbing.
To spend $6.2 million on a banana when people are in such distress and poverty. How many humans or animals he could have helped.

Capitalism at its finest!

Rishi Sunak and his wife avoiding public scrutiny by changing their company to 'unlimited'... just as David Cameron did ...

Seems to be a pattern with Tory Prime Ministers eh?

I wonder why..... hmmmmmmmm
👀Is Rishi Sunak trying to avoid public scrutiny?

He just switched his new company “The office of Akshata Murty and Rishi Sunak” from a limited company to an “unlimited” company.

This means he no longer has to make his company accounts public 👀⤵️

Starmer's meeting with Xi Jinping at the G20, is an effort to diversify it's economy and strengthen bilateral relations. the UK's objective is to have trade ties with major global economies, as in the context of potential shifts in US trade policies under Trump, who has proposed tariffs on imports

The U.S. has trade and drug tensions. China banned synthetic opioids in 2019, pushing Mexican cartels to source fentanyl precursors from China, producing it in Mexico, and shipping it to the U.S. Proposed tariffs on Mexico could hurt U.S. automakers despite the USMCA trade pact.

In the '80s, I was in a pub with a jukebox playing 45s. Between great tracks, someone queued 3.5 minutes of a guy talking over a drumbeat—odd, I thought. Weeks later, more tracks appeared: guys rambling, often narcissistic or sexist, over basic beats. It was rap—my unexpected introduction to it.

Wow. Kemi Badenoch thought this Harry Enfield sketch of a Tory, the sneering cliche that is Alex Burghart, whose sole claim to fame is being Boris Johnson's Private Secretary during #partygate, shouting his head off at a working class woman would play well with voters, did she? #PMQs

Angela Rayner: "Many people might not know but [Burghart] was the minister for growth under Liz Truss when inflation was 11.1% and growth flatlined. So we're doing much better than he did!"

Tech sec Peter Kyle tells Ofcom to be more assertive with firms ahead of new legal powers coming into force in 2025.

He suggests UK could “another level of regulation” if not.

Or will that somehow be miraculously ring-fenced?

A lot of talk again today about the need for economic growth but no mention that the OBR report the government is quoting from says Brexit is on course to cut UK trade by a staggering 15% - a huge reduction in the potential economic performance of the country at a time when every penny counts
In a significant Intervention Bank of England governor said this week that Brexit has undermined the UK economy. @skynews.com.web.brid.gy didn’t think that was important enough to raise with the Government Minister this morning. I disagree. If you do too share this report
