Our religious beliefs must be held personally and not imposed on others. The salvation of our souls does not require that our neighbor agrees with our beliefs or follow our dogma.

We must find the means to amplify the message that we are all equal humans, deserving of respect and the rights of every human. We must argue against the message that immigrants are inhuman or anybody is worthy of being called a POS. When we can look each other in the eye, we will solve our issues.

I agree that there is a big difference in moral values, but i believe that we must not lump everyone who supports DJT as a MAGA deplorable or, for that matter, everyone who doesn't as a dedicated liberal, supporting all of those values. We are complex humans where the path forward is mutual respect.

What would he be saying if he was still on good terms with DJT and receiving some benefit from them?

CBS reporter Edward R. Murrow embodied what a journalist should be: someone who holds power to account instead of capitulating to it.

Over 70 years later, his segment denouncing Joe McCarthy’s congressional witch hunts rings truer than ever.

Why are you allowing the state police to support ICE?

This week, MAGA figures claimed Kristi Noem "stared down" violent antifa protesters in Portland. Turns out they were talking mostly about a guy in a chicken suit.

This episode opens a window into how MAGA propaganda works and MSM failure to handle it. 1/

MAGA Implodes over Kristi Noem’s “Stare Down” with Man in Chicken Suit
A good New York Times piece on Portland nevertheless demonstrates how the conventions of objective reporting fail to accurately capture the bad faith driving pro-Trump propaganda.
