#democrats , pls focus on one thing: #TrumpTariff is using an insane calculation. It tracks trade deficit only, not actual foreign government tariffs on US goods and services. Focus on this as it shows the obvious defect in their thinking. Keep it simple for non-economists or finance people, please.

The tariffs and their mathematical derivations are absolutely insane. This being supported by the Republicans in office would be criminally stupid and will be why they fail. Unfortunately, innocent people will suffer until then. #isitdemetiaorsomethingworse?

Rather than looking for rational answers to the recent presidential loss, I believe individual economic pressures on the majority of our population has made the hope for personal betterment overrule voting for the benefit of our neighbors. Soon, reality will be brutally revealed. #2024
