Excerpt:

Speaking of items, she still had a Shinra Phone to use on a certain lucky boy. “Hope you’re ready, Rindykins.”

“Wait, what?” He balked as sweet, innocent little Vivi called the dangerous corporation. Only it wouldn’t be Shinra employees coming to say hi—but any villain in the series. They all waited with baited breath as the screen faded to black.

Within seconds, One-Winged Angel began playing.

“ Really?! ” Rindo exclaimed as Sephiroth descended from on high before Auron.

Shoka couldn’t hold it in. She burst out into laughter, doubling over against Rindo’s arm.

An excerpt from the fanfic Netherworlds & Noise, chapter 1: Flirting with Danger. Rindo and Shoka are on either side, but in alternate Halloween-like outfits. Rindo’s a mix between a scarecrow and a mummy, while Shoka has a kitty shawl on over a dark purple dress.

Excerpt:
“Of course. Isn’t that normally what you do for a pretty lady looking for company?” Her lips curved wide as she watched him squirm.

“Uh—I mean, it’s not…”

“Aww, haven’t you taken a girl out before? Or is this your first time?”

Rindo wanted to die inside. His brain couldn’t keep up with this new flirty side of Shoka.

Yet he also found himself… intrigued by it?

Loosening his bandages, he gave it another go—this time trying to push his own awkwardness aside to be the cool and collected Noboru.
