if I'm not mistaken, this is the first UBI scheme where they aren't in some stupid endless "study" and finally have enough data to just simply DO it, and of course like all the studies showed, the result is a huge boost for the economy

A sort of waist up piece of my character gren standing in tall grass with a smoggy brown and light grey blue bg. He’s facing in a profile view his brown eye reflecting brightly like a cat. Wearing a thick black collar with a bell attached, around his neck, and a tight fitted body suit that hardly covers much at all paired with a black tactical chest harness. Gren is of dark complexion with ‘v’ like scars below his eyes and a heart shaped outline scar around his chest. He’s got dark brown hair that is bluntly cut into somewhat of a bob while his white hair below it is thinner and much longer, going all the way down his back. His whiskers have some dew on them.
