This game honestly feels like you’re playing through a 90’s anime you watched as kid.

After all mainline Metroid games later, I finally got around to starting Metroid Prime!
So far, it’s a fantastic way of handling the transition from 2D to 3D. I’m still early into the game and trying to get used to the aiming controls as I haven’t played GC outside of Fire Emblem. Shame it’s 5am now

One of the things I want to do in 2026 is go back and beat some games from my childhood that I have relatively few memories of.
Back then, I only knew of 2 genres: Spyro and Not-Spyro. Also, lacked a memory card. I can’t speak of their quality but nevertheless I want to close that 20+ yr chapter!
