O-ish G in these parts after the supervillain took over the old place, talking college basketball and soccer mostly. CT raised, currently in VT. Tried to save democracy once, but that didn't go so well.
Columbia 106, Fairfield 77 final.

Lions hit 100 points against a Division I team for the first time since November 15, 2010 against Maryland-Eastern Shore.

Kevin Hovde was a senior at Richmond that season.

Columbia 46, Fairfield 29 half.

Lions - who are without Avery Brown and Zine Eddine Bedri - hit their first 5 three-pointers and the Stags are just 10-for-34 from the field.

Game on from Fairfield!

Lucas seemed more fearsome in other iterations of him, but we love him anyway:

Princeton - who has been quite poor so far this season - was down 43-20 to Vermont with 3:15 to go in the first half, but now somehow leads 69-67 in the final media time out.

Catamounts have been quite mediocre as well, but the competition in America East does not look robust this season.

You are looking live at Mahoney Arena, where Paramore plays in warmups in 2025 A.D.

5-1 Columbia makes the short, but perilous ride up I-95 to take on Fairfield tonight.

Southland is surprisingly (to me, anyway) good this season.
Not a full on New Orleans warning, but we have another New Orleans watch

This article heavily implies that ICE is being used in a custody dispute to help Karoline Leavitt's brother get his son and have the mother locked up in ICE detention
"A woman with a family connection to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has been arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Revere, Massachusetts."

UC San Diego, with a brand new team basically, is 5-0 under former assistant Clint Allard.

Leo Beath, who couldn't get on the floor at FAU then went and dominated at D-2 Lynn last season, had 29 today as the Tritons crushed Temple in the second half. They get Bradley tomorrow.

Yale holds off Akron 97-94 in a thriller in the final of the Paradise Jam.

If both those teams aren't in the NCAA Tournament (and possibly giving a good effort there), I'd be really surprised.

Yale went 21-for-21 at the line and by my count, the game only had 67 possessions. @kenpom.com

Yale beats Charleston, which should set up a really good mid-major battle against Akron tomorrow night in the Paradise Jam finals.

Quinnipiac's first win over a major conference team since they famously got Oregon State to visit them somehow in 2014.

Believe that's their only other one ever.
QUINNIPIAC BEATS PITT!!

Huge win for the MAAC, huge win for Tom Pecora, and a huge performance for Amarri Monroe, who was considering Pitt in the transfer portal before returning to the Bobcats

Well, the remnants of whatever NYCFC is going to throw out there tonight can't do worse than Cincinnati anyway, can they?
