You know - like how “tax cuts” now means “huge tax rises” and “cutting waste” means “hiring loads of new family members and cronies”

One of the maddest things is that they probably don’t even need to be clever, sophisticated and 4D with their comms and PR, and dull but competent would probably do, but they don’t even seem capable of that.

It really is very puzzling.
