Auch eine nette Story... Im Krankenhaus Nr. 24 in Jekaterinburg war man der Meinung, dass es zu viele Pflegerinnen und Pfleger gibt. Ein Teil wurde gleich entlassen, ein anderer bekam den neuen Jobtitel "Betreuungsmanager". Die Arbeit blieb zwar gleich, jedoch sank das Gehalt um zwei Drittel. 🤷♂️
