I still think it’s absolutely insane I got this. Full on superhero costume, awesome powers, proudly queer, and the show is good? 🤯

Thank you Jac Schaeffer 😭

Yup! It’s a good one. I like this adaptation of the story. Plus, it uses actual opera music.

Now I’m in the mood to rewatch Mary Costa in the English-language tv production of La Traviata.

Regardless of how this CHESS revival works out, it somehow got us the Original Broadway Cast Recording on STREAMING so for that, I am grateful ♟️
Screenshot of YouTube music showing the current track as "Someone Else's Story (feat. Judy Kuhn)." The upcoming songs are all from the Chess: Original Broadway Cast Recording.

We say goodbye to iconic actress Diane Keaton.

A true original of the silver screen, the Oscar-winning screen legend stole our hearts with her quirky charm and took our breath away with her bold choices as a searing dramatic actress.

Our thoughts are with her family and friends.

Academy Award winner Diane Keaton has died at the age of 79.

How few actresses can say they've marched to the beat of their own drum and stayed so universally beloved? Simply irreplaceable.

Devastating news. Her technique was astonishing, her audience rapport unparalleled. If you need reminding of Diane Keaton’s range, might I recommend two ‘80s classics: BABY BOOM, froth that she elevates into wit, and SHOOT THE MOON, a brutal look at a failed marriage. variety.com/2025/film/ne...

Oh, not Diane Keaton! Fully in shock right now. How wonderful that she could be so authentically herself and carve out such a great career on her terms. We’ll miss you, Annie 😭

There are so many Diane Keaton performances to remember, but a lot of people haven't seen Reds, and A) my God, see it, it is a masterpiece and B) her performance as Louise Bryant is one of the bravest, toughest, least sympathy-courting pieces of work by an American actress in the last 50 years.
