To me, any NHL season in which the Habs don't meet the Bruins in the playoffs should be considered unofficial and the Stanley Cup "winner" should be designated with an asterisk because the essential ingredient, Habs vs Bruins in a best-of-seven, was missing.

Taunting Laurel Libby on Facebook that her own district voted overwhelmingly against everything she's publicly supported was petty.
But I have no regrets.
(Perhaps this shows her that she's not taken seriously anywhere in Maine, and running for governor would be a tragic mistake)

It gets tiring explaining the Pickering-Connick test to rubes who claim to respect the 1st Amendment but absolutely don't when it comes to "person with views I don't like not being fired by an extension of the government."
But I still try b/c 1) It annoys them and 2) People should understand this.
