The battle of Chicago is under way, w/ 200 soldiers from the TX Natl Guard & 300 from the IL Guard. A Judge is hearing arguments on its legality.

Chicago residents are in the streets pushing back. They have published ICE arrests, & created ICE watch groups.

Saddest part of all this is that thanks to the deal Bettman cooked up with Rogers, they may be out of the rotation next season. Pierre should be doing every game, every season until he wants to retire.

In a democracy based on freedom and the rule of law, we don’t jail public officials—or anyone—because of policy disagreements. We need everyone to repudiate this nonsense because a president cannot act as a prosecutor, judge, jury and dictator.
