Not for nothing, but I'm wondering what the overlap is between types who think organic community organization must be evidence of "Professional Outside Influence" and types who think any Large Scale Architectural Project made by Nonwhite Pre Industrial Peoples had to be made by Aliens?

All these Online Communities that are on the surface level "separate" from politics taking a stand against the fascist occupation of MN are a great example of how politics are something that inevitably affect everyone, no matter how they try to maintain their distance from it.

I love watching youtube video essay re-evaluations of the Speed Racer movie because as a lifelong cartoon and anime fan, the gradual realization of people understanding the visual style was completely intentional is always fun to see. Like, us weebs knew what was going on, welcome aboard!

I totally forgot this was happening, you know, cuz of all the Fascism. Anyways, Yoshi is one of those character designs where it's very apparent it takes a lot of strategic 3d model breaking to keep him from looking weird
