Philosophically speaking, Rogue Vibe may be one of the first *true* computer games.

The art, music, dungeons, interactions, platform, medium, code...all generated (to some degree larger than 50%) by code itself.

Check it out.

Everything you see there was created in the last month.
Rogue Vibe
A turn-based soulslike roguelike. An adventure beyond adventure. Come join us in the Multiverse Valhalla! Uh, have you seen my phone?

And some drone footage.
Note: it's VERY HARD to teach AI's to lie the way one wants to consistently.

Same as humans, natch.

It's not called the STATUS quo for nothing.

As someone who has been going to big protests since we (well, everyone else, it was obv from the getgo) realized that George had lied about wmd, I think you'll enjoy the vibe.

It is almost always very positive.

Because people enjoy exercising their rights and their legs at the same time.
Is politics weighing on you? Does it ever make you feel alone, like "everyone" is on board with awful things and "no one" cares (or close)?

Then you should go to a No Kings protest. That feeling isn't uncommon, but it's a trick. Go be around some of the many people who agree with you. You'll see.
He really should run for office and show everyone how it's done.

(He blocked me for this suggestion).

the US government has arrived on bluesky
Forgetting that top and bottom perspectives are the ones that actually really define the size and scope of things.
Americans are so poorly served by our media which we wrongly perceive for some reason as having both left and right perspectives.
Quick #mediabias quiz.

Can you see it?
Wait until folks realize how many humans use cliches instead of hard data to make decisions...
I'd love to see someone try to estimate just how much time and money has gone into research that is either fully undermined by reliance on LLMs or fully pointless --- because obvious if you start from an understanding of what LLMs actually are.

Incandescent rage at the destruction of something that was objectively good. An "ideal".
Nothing.

I'm not sure why hate is driving you so much.

Good luck with that!

Are you not volunteering your time and labor, then?
Can you give me a quick list of rights that Republicans helped make sure everyone got that Democrats took away that's happened during your lifetime?
If it's good then this solves the issue with a bit of math.

And it's usually quite good.

Luckily, you've volunteered to manually correct each one of them. Glad to see you putting your labor where your values are!
But you're not going to want it within a couple hundred miles of the border because the Russians are going to have access to that.
Important to know that this is coming as various press reports are coming around the world that the US military recently murdered a number of civilians in the Caribbean.
I don't think many dispute that.

The issue is that in the 21st century what we need to be doing is taxing these billionaires to ensure that everyone has access to a high quality secondary education. Not just the basics.

Which we could have started doing some time ago, as the rest did.
I dunno, I'm not a whole huge fan of the "if Hitler had built some libraries later..." line of historical analysis.

We can tax these rich assholes and pay for the libraries.
