Likely-historic photo by NBC News of all the Epstein victims asked to raise their hands if they've not yet been asked to meet with the DOJ as Bondi testifies in foreground

As a CSA survivor I’m not surprised by anyone changing the subject because that’s what literally everyone has done to me my entire life, but goddam it hurts every time.

Fuck this administration. Fuck the people who voted for them. Fuck the people who continue to support them.
Bondi crashes out over Epstein: "The Dow is over 50,000 dollars! I don't know why you're laughing. You're a great stock trader as I hear, Raskin. The Dow is over 50,000 right now. The S&P at almost 7,000, and the Nasdaq smashing records. That's what we should be talking about."

One last look at Modesty Blaise for now. Between 1987 and 1996, John M Burns illustrated 13 book covers (11 novels and 2 short story collections) for the Swedish publishers Berghs. Presented here in no particular order. 1/4

"If you look at the color chart you’ll see the tremendous variety of dark tones. Many colors you wouldn’t see in other animation. There’s such subtlety in the various tones, you wouldn’t notice them on a television screen. But in the theater the large variety of colors really makes a difference." ❤️

To create or enjoy art, one likely needs to have a capacity for empathy. To align with the current administration, one cannot be capable of empathy.

Police in Bloomington, MN just announced that one of the guys they arrested in an underage sex trafficking sting was a **background checker for ICE agents.**

He had a high security clearance in the Trump administration... and he was caught trying to abuse children. Sickening.

"I'm proud to represent Team USA. But we'd be remiss if we didn't mention what's going on in Minnesota and what a tough time it's been. What's happening is wrong. There's no shades of gray."

When a sitting representative refers to the Super Bowl halftime show as “pornography,” people should use that to reflect on how they and other representatives are simultaneously working to ban, censor, and restrict “pornography” and what that actually means

My therapist told me all of her clients at some point have been working on how to address people in their lives being fascists.

It’s hard.

Everyone has their own path that speaks to their own life on how to move forward. Personally, I’ve cut most out and minimized the others and it all hurts.
