Why has he taken a midfielder, in Tanaka who has been playing well and is fresher, to bring aaronson into midfield. What is that helping with #lufc

I know this will be worse in 4 games time, but I've seen a few like this that suggest our underlying numbers arent bad, there is a decent team there (with a winger/AM) #LUFC

Putting too much pressure on our home games with this approach.
Bijol, rodon, ampadu all stood with gibbs white in between them. Sangare free in the box. Too many goals from losing midfielder runners. Defensively getting worse, which was our best route to be ok till january.

Pretty awful all round, some core players with some bad individual performances too. Okafor had some moments but thats about it. Didn't progress it well enough, not sure why we won't play long more. They just had far more dynamic attacking play all over though #lufc

First off, Burnley are the worst team we've played by far, so its a terrible result. Yep errors for goals too, but how many half chances have we created, we cant just blame our defence for that, 90% of the ball has to lead to goals. I still think this team, largely has enough about them though #lufc

Burnley are rubbish, this game is crying out for that formation we play with all the strikers on the pitch, goals will come. Drawing is a bad result against them but a loss would be a disaster. #lufc

Ultimately Kudus/Simons a cut above really, 100 mil of players, in what was a tight game. Frustrating going into the break, but lots to like about us so far #lufc

I get the frustrations with DCLs finishing, but his all round play is a level above weve had for years, and in all honesty if he finished all his chances too, he probably wouldn't be a player we could get. #lufc

Watching the highlights. Soft free kick for both their goals, particularly the first, great hit, but a terrible wall. Calvert lewin missed chances, but it is great, aaronson was good, but left side looks a better partnership. Great atmosphere, think Adams playing helped us more than them ha #lufc

My first game of the season. I know its annoying to let that goal in, but it was a great game, great edge to that team, we looked every bit like a team that belong in that company. #lufc
