Is anyone else self-policing or is it just me?
Really enjoying Bluesky but could do without the new female bots that are popping up.
Thrilled to say that I have passed my NPQH delivered by @ambitioninstitute.bsky.social

It’s time for change. We need to act now.

Email your local MP using our quick online tool and get Government to sit up and listen and end the teacher mental health crisis.

Just two minutes of your time, to create lasting change to thousands of educators.

Official data shows recruitment to teacher training in England is a long way below target. Slight improvements on last year, but levels remain below pre-pandemic

- 38% below target for secondary overall
- 12 out of 17 subjects below respective targets
- 12% below target in usually-reliable primary
Preparing for the next chapter 🙂
Looking forward to the next instalment @fftedudatalab.bsky.social

Building teams. We shouldn’t ask ‘will they fit in with us?’. We should ask instead, what don’t we currently have? What perspectives and ideas and styles will challenge our thinking, provide different insights, bring divergent views? What voices are we missing?

That’s team building for me.
Always a pleasure x
Just say a post on LinkedIn that said "the truth will lose you money" and I truly felt those words.
The Aspiring Heads summit at the weekend, included many professionals from the education sector who value partnerships to improve outcomes for students. Such a great event.
Shout out to @mrsoliviab.bsky.social and Ethan. I cannot wait for the next one.
