Even just taking it at face-value (no pun intended)... someone gets away from their abusive partner with their dog. Abusive ex reports the dog lost so they get a ping when their target takes their pet for a walk.

I recently investigated if I could access the "ring neighborhood network" if I didn't have one but my neighbors did. As far as I could tell, it looked as though all I had to do was enter personal/pertinent info for the hood & I could see all that's shared. Pissed me off. They shine into my home.

I told my therapist early last year if they had a Ring doorbell and were serious about hiding people in their home if needed, they better get rid of it. They talked to me about catastrophic thoughts again. Those thoughts don’t seem so catastrophic now, do they?
