People are so stressed out and traumatized from the last decade, going all the way back to 2016 that they’re turning their brains off, especially online. Lashing out in unthinking anger even at friends they should show grace to, isolating themselves, and not challenging themself in art or life.

If they didn't vote blue at all, then yeah, they LITERALLY didn't vote hard enough.
I have enough perspective to know that me "asking for more" wouldn't do all that much. I don't expect politicians to solve all my problems for me, for the same reason I don't expect a horse to do my taxes.

It’s deeply depressing that people would rather attack a trans woman for criticizing Democrats than reckon with the fact that the party has been deeply complicit in sustaining the very systems now harming us. Just because Republicans are much worse doesn’t mean Dems aren’t complicit.

I'd be excited for Kiwami 3 today, if the whole hiring a piece of shit wasn't involved. Keeping a man who sexually harassed and assaulted women play a big character. Is certainly a choice. And not one I'd support financially. But yeah, it sucks people just don't care and will buy the game anyways

I guess writing comes easy for me now that I am doing it for myself. I know I am competent as a writer, and writing makes me feel comfortable and safe. I don’t worry about what others think, I just write what I need to write. And if people like what I write, great.
Artists, I think we're all too comfortable sharing our imposter syndrome.
