45 years old with a child, that child has a child, and that child has a child. Assume the final child in the chain is 0 years old. The second-to-last child can be at the very minimum 5 but the usual minimum 12. If underage pregnancy is a family tradition, it's feasible (12 x 3 = 35); 35 << 45
