If people have paid rent for 10 odd years and never skipped a payment, why do banks require a deposit above 1%?

You also need to cap home ownership to 5 so investors offload portfolios or are taxed to the hills and cannot increase rent.

Amazing how the ugliest building in any Australian city will always be the Murdoch buildings.

Hey @australianlabor.bsky.social and @albomp.bsky.social are you still going to pretend a country that is celebrating military action on its own citizens shares values with us.

How you answer will determine your next election result. If this doesn’t offend you you can’t be trusted with our votes.

Are there any organisations mobilising to march against coal/gas/billionaires not paying tax?
rugbycology.bsky.social
@jontybush.bsky.social is there a groundswell of people willing to march against coal and gas companies not paying tax and the billionaire class doing same?
rugbycology.bsky.social
@davidpocock.bsky.social we marched for Palestine and some marched for white Australia. In the newfound spirit of mobilisation, how about a march for taxing the super wealthy and fossil fuel companies?

Wallaroos like Wallabies the week before paying a heavy price for missing an easy conversion. So close. Now to prepare for the monster.

Just first game as Gleeson needs game time.
rugbycology.bsky.social
I think with Skelton gone LSL will get a look-in with Williams to continue sub role. Might see Gleeson in same outfit replace Hooper. Then we have Paisami in dire need of game time.

Not to be uncouth, but here is that cunt Elon Musk these days?

It’s fairly healthy this give and take between wealthy Euro clubs and the south. It’s very important for Rugby AU to make friends now that Gits law is gone. Europe pays big salaries that Rugby AU then can invest in new talent, and keeping the League scouts away.

Western exceptionalism. Need to ponder those two words.

Get it. Israel = psycho cunts.

Jews, decent people. But worrying how few speak out against Israel.

Shucks. This week I get the same sense.

Not touching investors or negative gearing. That’s not brave Anthony.

Has a bit of a ‘gotta give everyone a run before New Zealand’ vibe about it. Strong emphasis on winning lineouts. Pollard and Le Roux to game-manage.

Yep, there it is. I am suddenly very excited about the rugby World Cup W.

Cmon Wallaroos we back you all the way!

Was surprised to see how much bigger/taller Sualii is than Boks backs. Apart from De Allende/Esterhuisen the Bok backline seems very small compared to James, F Steyn, J Fourie, JP Petersen years.
