Back to running after a couple of days off. Working on my glutes to help my Runnerβs Knees, seems to be paying dividends. Also focusing on posture, running more upright, which helps the glutes work and even increased my pace today π

Feeling pretty badass for finally reaching 2 miles since the hip surgery. The left knee is still an issue but PT and ortho have a plan for that! #runnersofbluesky

In Glasgow for work so went for an exploratory run after meetings finished today. Found a lovely park to run around but it was spoiled by three work calls in the space of 15 minutes so gave up & went back to hotel. Try again early tomorrow.
