Runner and PT, former drum corps kid. Probably spending too much time obsessing about baseball prospects or staring at Puck Pedia (RIP CapFriendly).
Still too soon, Matthew.
Ironically, some real 2006 Cardinals vibes.
Tigers might be on the funniest "team of destiny" run of all time

My husband and I run a game store and after all the tariff announcements, he decided to write out kind of a "behind the scenes" of how we spend and spill it out for people who don't understand. He's had so many reactions and shares I wanted to bring it here, too.

@janecoaston.bsky.social what was the protein bar you were referencing a few weeks back? I need something I can do after the gym on work mornings.

To paraphrase something I think I’ve heard you say previously, we add garlic to a dish based on our heart’s song, not the printed recipe.
When it comes to any of the following, the recipe’s listed quantity is merely a suggestion, a starting point:

* garlic
* paprika
* black pepper
* cheese

And if we can approach each other with open minds, it can lead to being a being a better/more informed fan. Or at least gaining an understanding of where fans with differing opinions are coming from.
That’s the beauty of complicated things like sports! It’s not black and white. There’s so much grey and room for opinions and thoughts

Still too soon, Alex…
49ers not winning it all during the cheap Purdy contract years w/ good health for their other stars is going to be a historic bummer on the level of the Cabrera/Verlander Tigers not getting a World Series

Man, if I could get physicians to stop saying one thing to their patients, this would be very close to the top of my list.
We’ve all heard the lines:

“Running is bad for your knees” and “don’t run if you have knee arthritis, it will make them worse”.

Many people heed this advice and stop.

Of course we see people who do struggle to run due to knee pain from Osteoarthritis and avoid it.

Post a non-religious photo you think of as holy.
