Recently discovered an iPhone astrophotography app named “Nocturne”. It converts the phone camera into a low end smart telescope. It takes multiple short exposures and stacks then to produce one relatively low noise image. And there are overlays to show what you’ve captured. Here’s tonight’s effort.

It’s that time of year again. Autumn colors were really nice this year, but after that it was clean up the yard time. This year it resulted in 14 bags of leaves, and a long afternoon of doing that has pretty well beaten me down.
