I usually try to avoid cream or things with cream in, so given the option I would prefer butter. Tbh, I'd gladly put butter on most things.

I spoke to a doctor on Thursday and she basically told me I had to ride it out until Monday before they investigated further (plus some advice). I have had some good improvements over the last day but it is a persistent buggar.
